Further to foundational reinforcements, the team artfully delineates zoning segregation by means of material transition, namely artistic paints through to wooden texture, thereby fostering an airy, smooth flow in the open layout that seamlessly integrates living, kitchen and dining.

The design approach focuses on creating a cohesive environment by priming large surface areas with artistic paint, whereby hand-plastered texture adds character and liveliness, evoking the tranquil allure of unadorned elegance. Interplay of light and shade also chimes in, enriching overall spatial dynamism.

A thoughtful selection of materials, including soft-colored Spanish ceramic tiles, FENIX panels, terrazzo, German wood flooring, and natural wood veneers, is compiled to complement the interior's mellow and natural temperament.
