As the sales center of the entire office park, based on the excellent foundation value of the project itself, this case continues the "Luban Lock" style of the building itself, breaking down and extending the building lines into indoor space. Through more creative, artistic, and ecological design techniques, it highlights the product advantages and conveys the project value.
By using a combination of rationality and art, a spatial experience with a strong sense of field spirit has been created. Combining the overall style and characteristics of the project with the flowing shape of the Huangpu River bank, a large number of curved and curved elements are used to give the space a "streamlined" artistic beauty, condensing Eastern and Western aesthetics, and creating a waterfront art exhibition hall.
In the public display section on the first floor, the artistic atmosphere of the office space is depicted from multiple dimensions such as space, light and shadow, and lines. The ground is made of dark colored stone, creating a grand and dignified background. The walls are decorated with perforated metal veneers that have a unique "breathing sensation", and the visual direction is directed towards the surroundings to enhance the sense of vastness of the space. The top is matched with linear light strips that guide the spatial flow, presenting a grand "sense of sequence" in a theatrical style.
The circular electronic sand table in the foyer display area is shaped like a ribbon, resembling flowing water, like a sculpture of art floating in the wind. Internally combined with curved display screens and utilizing digital creativity of sound and light, the project flows and plays in a dynamic form through multimedia. At the same time, the multi-dimensional display of corporate culture and project quality through multimedia creates a captivating artistic space.
The art gallery and negotiation room on the second floor continue the overall design approach, weaken the internal and external corners of the space, and introduce the natural landscape into the interior through a large area of french window to achieve an attractive spatial effect.
