In this case, the designer utilized architectural design techniques to reconstruct the indoor space, fully integrated light and shadow changes and natural scenery into the design.Combined with living characteristics and attitude, a relaxed, natural, free and elegant vacation living space has been created,it is also an in-depth exploration of new naturalism.
The designers created an "interior building" space with the concept of release.They made the interior space as open as possible, fully incorporated outdoor greenery and sunlight, making the space flow with vitality. They used design methods such as interweaving, floating stacking, and landscape penetration to create interactive spaces with poetic and picturesque elements such as portholes and floating corridors.
This design takes a day and four seasons as the timeline, assigning each functional space a theme of blending emotions and scenery. Through the changes of light and shadow, people can constantly immerse in nature and reach different moods with the change of time.
The large french windows on the north and south sides make the courtyard as a green painting. A dialogue between human and nature begins when the green painting comes into sight. This natural art piece can be appreciated from multiple angles from the basement, floating corridor, first and second floors. The floating corridor connects the restaurant, living room, and second floor space and the space becomes more dynamic and lively after being released.
The original light court in the basement has been elevated to the second floor, and the space has been extended vertically and horizontally. So the continuity and interactivity of the space has been enhanced.
Looking down through the bedroom strip window and porthole, the living room space and the scenery outside are all in view. The space is surrounded by warm shallow wood veneer, embellished with greenery, showcasing a vibrant natural texture with a warm and comfortable vacation atmosphere.
The designers of this case connect human and nature by shaping the space, promoting communication and interaction within the space, and give new power to the living space.
