Combining the uniqueness of the regional coastal area with local culture and the advantages of the Greater Bay Area, the design takes inspiration from ocean exploration and adopts the perspective of an Eastern cultural explorer to retell the history of the hometown. It incorporates a story framework infused with the charm of Eastern culture into the space.
The main theme revolves around the confluence of two rivers, extracting the curved elements of rivers to showcase the beauty of nature. Eventually, an elegant dream ship floating on the rivers takes shape through a series of spatial design techniques. The facade incorporates architectural elements inspired by the dual rivers and fishing boats (Koi) to create a rich and diverse architectural form.
The architectural form echoes the shape of fishing boats, combining the concept of fishing boats with a modern architectural style to create a novel and trendy contemporary building. The "Dual River Confluence" lines serve as the design language for the landscape layout and artistic wall designs.
The theme of "river water" is extracted as the style for sculptures, applied throughout the landscape and architectural highlights, permeating the entire area. The atmosphere is created with the effect of "lingering sunset glow," fostering a warm and cozy ambiance.
The use of large-scale stone and stainless-steel rod materials enhances the transparency of the space and eliminates boundaries where necessary. The intention elements of banyan trees and weeping willows are abstractly integrated into the facade.
Modular panel materials enable convenient construction, shorter timelines, and controlled costs. They have effectively showcased the strength of the project, resulting in a well-presented facade.
With utmost craftsmanship, this project achieves a cover-worthy aesthetic for residential living. Multiple garden landscapes are hidden within, offering a tranquil and serene lifestyle. It allows urban residents to enjoy a pure and beautiful life.
