This project is divided into two major functional areas, with a zero-carbon R&D center, supporting expert apartments and R&D building as the main office support group at the street corner, and six internal production plants as the production group, with the concept of鈥淐ore of Energy鈥漷o create a core connecting the entire base and linking various functions. The building facade design applies the color concept, the design extracts the green and orange that represent the characteristics of the enterprise, the green represents the ecology, the orange represents the vitality, and the building facade applies the principle of color matching, including the point type, the line type, the surface type and so on, many kinds of color composition to realize the harmony and beauty of the facade, and to highlight the vitality and the value of the enterprise. The central landscape is set up in the center of the park, with the concept of intermingle & exchange鈥�, emphasizing the accessibility and connectivity of the landscape space, setting up composite functions such as leisure area, communication area and display area to meet the different needs of the employees, and echoing the corporate culture through the setting up of cloud corridors, sculptures and cultural walls to form a business card for corporate display, aiming at creating an open, inclusive and diversified landscape space. Through professional and technical software simulation, it regulates the regional microclimate and effectively improves the comfort of the park; through the thermal insulation of the ground, walls, doors and windows, the new air system, and the use of renewable energy such as solar energy and geothermal energy, it realizes the indoor constant temperature, humidity, oxygen, and static, and reduces the demand for heating and cooling of the building; the project adopts the design of DC power source, combined with the design of photovoltaic solar energy, and establishes the distributed DC microgrid; Intelligent management system realizes data analysis, production data monitoring, plant roaming, alarm linkage and other functions to reduce maintenance costs and improve production efficiency.
