We envision a multi-functional scenario of compound education, business culture, and strive to actualize the notion of a complete community. Our systematic planning of five community frameworks is designed to enhance our future community's quality of life. We prioritize the prudent choice and perfect control of materials, fostering a sense of community and family attachment, and improving residents' lifestyles. Additionally, we champion the idea that design can transform lives, using AI technology and big data to establish this area's premier smart community. This impressive project offers various housing options along with business office spaces, educational institutions, urban meeting rooms, and other services. Nearly half 50,000 square meters are dedicated to the scientific research and innovation hub and industrial service center-a blend of mid and high rise centralised office buildings, multi-story incubation units, and R&D platforms, each serving as top-notch start-up and tech companies. A massive 8,000 square meter urban meeting room is designed to serve as a sprawling public area for communication and a significant city identity. It's also intended to be a platform for roadshows and product exhibitions, offering a variety of display areas for corporate brands, exhibitions, negotiations, salons, and more. The serviced apartments cover a total of 23,000 square meters, split between high-rise and low-rise options. Surrounded by surrounding landscape and water systems, with each household facing the scenery and good privacy, it provides high-quality living and leisure functions for high-end talents. Additionally, there's a nearly 20,000 square meter education and training center, functioning as a high-end international school providing all-age education from childcare to high school, comprehensive facilities, and supportive resources.
