Most Puglian Wines are not new creations, but an evolution of a long tradition of native grape varieties. The Salento Rosso is a cuvée of half Primitivo and half Negroamaro. Here one finds what´s best in Puglian wines. Fine sweetness in the nose, stewed plums and spice on the palate, then soft and very fruity, a discerning fun wine.
